Revisions
Six revised parts that make up the prototype, each optimized for portability and precision.

Each 2mm tube-slider is enclosed in an eight-shaped case, a design decision made to optimize fitting and ensure reliable sliding along the contour, thereby enhancing accuracy and functionality.
Design Reference: Multi-Surface Pipe Profile Tool (Pipe Contour Gauge)
Comparable in size to pasta strands, incorporated to achieve a lower error margin and enhance contour precision. 90 sliders cover 270mm of a 283mm circumference.
Pitch = 2.0mm + 1.0mm = 3.0mm
Error Margin: ~4.5%
Simple-Holder centering mechanism with reduced height for design efficiency. The TPU 90A material provides rubber-like elasticity to press bamboo and sliders securely into the center.
Adjusted from 75mm to 60mm height to improve structural compatibility and ensure the design remains both functional and manufacturable.

Serves as a stable base for the bamboo, allowing a single user to perform the contouring process independently. The form is inspired by the symbol of ohms, representing stability and balance.

The reduction in dimensions and design revisions yield a more compact contour gauge. The refinement of sliders enhances precision, validated by mathematical equations for margin of error.
